A great new ultra-portable projector ideally suit-

ed to a wide variety of educational and business

meeting applications. A native XGA projector

with 2000 lumens brightness and a 400:1 con-

trast ratio, with a 26.7–32 mm lens for a throw

distance of 4–33 feet. Accepts S-XGA, XGA, S-

VGA, VGA, and Mac data inputs, as well as S-

Video and composite video. A "blackboard mode"

adjusts gamma and white balance for wall pro-

jection use when no screen is available. Also

features a screen shot function allows you to

store your company logo as a start logo.

DLP Projector

Extremely bright, mid to large venue, single chip XGA

native resolution DLP projector with fast chip speed,

fast color filter wheel, and large filter wheel so normal

video artifacts are minimized and color reproduction is

excellent. The optical system is completely sealed,

dust-free, and fluid cooled. The projectors offer a full

array of inputs, including DVI, two computer (RGB) and

three video (component, composite and S-Video). The

units are HDTV-ready with 1024 X 768 resolution and

can automatically synchronize to display 1080i, 720p,

480p and 480/576i video in the 16:9 wide aspect

ratio. They also have a wired LAN connector, RS-232C

and external remote terminals. Easy one-touch auto-

setup with manual horizontal and motorized vertical

lens shift and Digital Keystone Correction. Designed

for projection on screen sizes from 70" to 600". When

connected to a wired LAN, a user can operate a PT-

D5500U/UL remotely, check its status using a web

browser on a networked PC, and the projector can send

e-mail messages to notify a user when the unit's oper-

ating condition changes or a lamp needs replacing.

Ultra-bright output of 5000 ANSI Lumens from dual

lamps. Contrast ratio is 1600:1 Lamp life is rated at

An HDTV 16:9 projector in native 720P (1280 x

720)with a powerful 800 lumen brightness and

2000:1 contrast ratio It features extremely quiet

23 dBA operational noise making it ideal for

home theatre applications. Other features

included a motorised iris and automatic lamp

control, which automatically adjusts brightness

for optimal contrast for the program content. The

integrated wide angle zoom lens is great for

smaller rooms and has manual zoom/focus and

resistant fabric, the situation will probably never

arise that you would need to wash it or iron it, but

you can. Washing the screen every 6 months or so

will bring it back to its original elasticity.
